TJERAND R. SNIK, ESQ.
Tjerand R. Snik joined Santanasto Law Office in January 2013. Mr. Snik’s practice is focused on all aspects of real estate and business law including the related areas of contracts and commercial leasing. Mr. Snik has represented small and mid-sized businesses during every stage of the business life-cycle; from formation and registration to internal governance and operation, through winding-down and formal dissolution. In addition to his business practice, Mr. Snik represents individuals in a wide array of contract matters including residential leasing, construction, and other consumer transactions.
Mr. Snik is from Upper Mt. Bethel and graduated from Bangor Area High School. He attended Susquehanna University and he received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. During law school, Mr. Snik participated in the civil litigation certificate program, the appellate moot court competition, and externed with the Honorable Stephen G. Baratta at the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Snik also interned with Southwestern Pennsylvania Legal Services where he provided family law services to the indigent.
Mr. Snik is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Northampton County Bar Associations and stays very active in the community. Mr. Snik and his wife Sarah have one child and currently reside in Upper Mt. Bethel Township.
