Social Security Disability LawHarry has been a practicing attorney in the field of Social Security Law for his entire career spanning 45 years. He has represented more than 1,500 clients in Social Security Disability cases. The full attention of the office is focused solely on disability law. We welcome referrals from other attorneys, physicians, and past clients.
At the helm of the business is Harry Newman, Esquire, a 1967 graduate of Moravian College. He obtained a Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University School of Law in 1971, and a Master of Law (LL.M. Taxation) from Temple University. He has been active in civic and community affairs in the Lehigh Valley.
Sharing the office and social security responsibilities with Attorney Newman is Carol Bachl who has worked with him for more than 40 years. She obtained her Paralegal Certification from Penn State University in 1987. She is a 1997 graduate of Northampton Community College (Associate in Arts in General Studies) and a 1999 graduate of Muhlenberg College (Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Cum Laude). Ms. Bachl is a founding member and 20 year veteran of the Paralegal Advisory Committee for the ABA certified Paralegal Studies Program at Lehigh Carbon Community College.
Harry resides in Bethlehem with his wife, Athena. He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR), Northampton County Bar Association, Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
